These panels are getting too long to even make out what's going on, so I'll leave out the translation, but the general idea is Umi misunderstanding Eri checking Nozomi's temperature and having a mental breakdown.

Here's a pretty interesting chart concerning art and our mindset towards improvement. It's a bit simplified (as any chart is) but I do agree with the general notation of dealing with art highs and art lows.
